Fantastic service! I really can't criticize any part of my shopping experience with Gail. I ordered flowers online to be delivered for me, as I live on the opposite side of the world from Scotland. Despite the time difference, I receive helpful, friendly and very flexible replies to my inquiries promptly. I even received photos of the exact flowers that were sent to my girlfriend from Gail. There were a variety of obstacles with my situation such as the location for the delivery and the hours that the flowers could be received and literally all of them were avoided thanks to the wonderful service provided by St. Andrews Florist. I can't praise the service enough. The products themselves were gorgeous. Of course, I didn't ever get the chance to see them in person, but their recipient loved them. They also looked fantastic in the photos I was sent, which were clearly in plain light and were undoctered. A perfect florist in every way. If I am ever in town, I will most definitely stop by.

Ordered flowers for my Auntie's 80th Birthday. Service when I called was fantastic, great attention to detail and really helpful about delivery arrangements. Gave me real confidence the flowers were going to get there. As for the flowers, I didn't see them first hand but was sent photos of them which was great. In a thank you letter I received from my Auntie for the flowers she wrote "I've never seen such vibrant colours" She was impressed with all the flower types, being a keen gardener she was able to name them all! I therefore highly recommend St.Andrews Florist

I ordered a bouquet for my American daughter to help her celebrate Thanksgiving even though she is so very far from home. Gail was wonderful, sending an email to confirm the order and then sending a picture of the arrangement right before delivery. The flowers were gorgeous, very lovely shades of orange, nice variety of blooms, perfect for an autumn holiday. Gail even threw in a box of chocolates since the online order adds on a delivery fee even though she doesn't charge one for deliveries in St Andrews. My daughter and her housemates were delighted with the gifts! We're sure to contact St Andrews Florist in the future.

My daughter was in St. Andrews for her 18th birthday while my wife and I were in the U.S. I contacted St. Andrews Florist by email and Gail responded almost immediately. We emailed back and forth several times to fine tune an arrangement for my daughter. The service was prompt, friendly and flexible and the arrangement, with chocolates and a balloon, was delivered on time. Gail event sent some photos of everything before delivery so I knew just what we paid for. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be contacting Gail again when its time to send flowers to St. Andrews.

What a fantastic customer experience! I took a gamble and ordered flowers online from New Zealand for my mum. Gail emailed me personally to say that she would send me some photos of the flowers and confirm when they had been delivered. She also threw in a free box of chocolates. The flowers are stunning and my mum loved them. I will certainly be using Gail again. Louise (NZ).
