I have been to various gyms in and around London.but non of them have that old school feel.the staff are very friendly and welcoming, also they have knowledge on diet and training,so this was a big plus,because some places have no clue when you ask them a question related to training,so was just nice to come in have a chat,they also have a supplement shop above the gym,and was great because I was able to get a pre work out and a protein shake! Even the members are very friendly and asked before using a machine.over all I'm very pleased with the gym and the people,this will become my new go to gym,it may be old school,but the environment is very clean,and equipment is spot on offering a large selection of free weights & hammer strength plate loaded machines,i would recommend this place to everyone, regardless of there physical ability,squats gym cater to all😊

Best gym in London hands-down! Great staff & an amazing atmosphere where people actually talk to each other. Rick the manager, is a class act who has all the advice and expertise needed to ensure you turn your potential into reality. Get down to Squats, the gym where mountains are made from molehills!

This is my favorite gym i have ever visited. The equipment is perfect with everything you would want for lifting weights and the friendly members and staff present a very unpretentious atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
