My daughter aged 10 and son aged 6 have been training with Master Allison for 6 months now. I have seen a remarkable change in my daughter's confidence. My son attends the kids class once a week and his concentration and behaviour at home has improved greatly.

Have been training at the school for over 3 years now and can say that it has been a very good experience. Anyone with previous experience or not is welcomed and it is a great experience. The instructors are very good too.

I joined to improve my fitness and gain more confidence 

I found that my fitness  greatly improved and I have become a lot more confident in my life and this has Really helped  me a great deal not just in classes but in my day to day life 

I would really recommend chi combat system to anyone regardless of age

I have been training with this martial art school for almost four years, with previous experience in Judo and Tae Kwon Do. I have found the school very welcoming and friendly, and have become very confident in myself and my ability since I started. Overall, I would say Chi Combat System is a great school for anyone, experienced or not.

Me and my sister Joined Chi Combat System and have been training there for a long time my sister has become a very excellent she is now currently going for her black belt test.
I would personally recommend this to anyone, adult or child.
