Not the warmest reception at the store. Most of displays were messy and not organised. The place is not family friendly at all. There is no proper fitting room in place. The one they have is a shower type curtain without a mirror inside that cubicle :) I wouldn't call shopping experience at Sports Direct pleasant. At least I found sportswear I was looking for :) Massive discounts across all types of merchandise in the store ;) I would recommend check for specific items online, and pop into a store to save on delivery charge. Click&collect option at Sports Direct website doesn't make any sense whatsoever :) Delivery and collection cost the same :) Visiting the store was also reasonable to make sure I have correct size for the sportswear.

Bad store layout.tried to try on a full sports kit.only one changing cubicle curtain in corner and a 20 minute wait never again .

Awful. Paid £5 for store delivery (which most companies do for free) and then over a week for delivery. Bought a football shirt for my daughter for her birthday, slow delivery means missed her birthday and the first game of the season. My advice is go elsewhere where delivery is free and much quicker...but if you must use sports direct, avoid store delivery at all costs.
