Great gym with very friendly and helpful staff. Girls toilets are always clean from my experience and great changing facilities. Good range of weights and resistance training equipment, just a couple pieces of equipment could do with a reconfigure. Space could maybe be utilised a bit better but on a whole, a practical and cost effective gym. Never overly busy so always manage to get a workout done in around an hour. Classes are popular, varied and very enjoyable with experienced and knowledgeable instructors.

Got no problems with the equipment that’s all fine, BUT the men’s changing rooms are  disgusting the toilets just aren’t useable in my eyes nor are the showers hideous smell from those , and for that reason being am gonna now use the formby sports direct gym for hygiene differences!
