Found a pair of shoes (of which only one shoe was in store), the staff were helpful at first but spent almost 40 minutes in the shop without buying anything, found nice shoes on sale, asked to try on the pair but staff were not able to locate the other shoe. Made me wait over 20 minutes whilst looking around the store for the shoe to tell me that they cannot find it, without sincere apology! . I've been told "we cannot find the shoe but we can order for you online or contact you if we have them in store again" ( if i wanted to shop online i would come to the shop in the first place) i responded with " well you should of told me this before so i didn't have to waste 20 minutes waiting" and they replied " its not our fault that we don't have the shoe".. yes it is your fault, it shouldn't even be on display! What a joke.

I only get my shoes at clarks as the quality for the price is amazing. The staff is helpful as well
