The staff was very helpful in grabbing my shoes and they was very quick and responsive, had great help from a employee called brad and offered me alternatives to the shoe I originally wanted which was very helpful, the staff on till were friendly and they were very quick when serving to keep the till line down to a minimum, overall very satisfied and will be coming here again

My shopping experience here was OK, good clothes for cheap prices but there is an issue with staff, i feel like they don't want to be their and they seem to be taking there time while helping you which is a real shame because the place like always is good, recommend visiting but if you need help finding something then i recommend visiting a different shop.

Very poor with variety and stock. Great place for those who like to just wear sports clothes and pretend to be into fitness. However for those professionals, try somewhere else.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED I have been in this shop a few times and seen 2 different managers in last few months The way they talk to there staff is beyond me Some of these youngsters that work in there prob are doing 2/3jobs just to see them through uni/college Not only do they work for peanuts ,but have to be spoken with no respect at all,in my eyes this does not make a good manager Power seems to go to some peoples head Please try and remember to treat others like you would like to be treated Maybe head office need to train there mangers on how to treat staff!!!!!!!!!

Very poor experience today. Shop floor staff were great, as usual. Unfortunately, the girl on the till had absolutely no idea about customer service. Maybe we didn't spend enough (only £120), but it would have been nice if she could have at least been polite when taking my money. Such a shame as we usually have very good service at this particular store.
