Absolutely amazing customer service. We went there with my daughter to buy her second pair of pointe shoes and Sarah has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She took her time to explain to my daughter and myself all the steps to ensure that she had the best fit of pointe shoes. My daughter is really happy with her choice and we will definitely go back there in the future. I can only but recommend this amazing gem of a dance store that should be named A Dancer’s Dream. Brilliant shop and amazing customer service!  The girls in the shop went above and beyond answering any questions I had and helping my little girl find the perfect leotard and shorts for her first gymnastics competition. My daughter left with the biggest smile on her face. I'd rate 10 stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of the lovely Kim helping me find my dress. Top floor all to myself with Kim's undivided attention! I wasn't rushed and had free reign of the rails! Not having much confidence nor an entourage Kim was great at getting me to step outside my comfort zone and I ended up liking most of the dresses I had ignored! It's so weird, you think you have a type or know what you want. I'm telling you now; let Kim be the judge of that! She's amazing. The one I purchased I had dismissed on the rail! So let her do her thing! Thanks Kim, I'm so excited! X

Brilliant customer service and great range of pointe shoes.  Olivia was brilliant and spent time getting the fit perfect.  So kind and friendly.  Lots of advice and tips given. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wow, what an absolutely brilliant shop. If only I'd known about it sooner! Had a really bad experience with an online dancewear retailer which left me in need of a leotard for my daughter's gymnastics competition next day. Looked on Google for a dancewear shop nearby, and despite the location of this shop seeming a bit off the beaten track, decided to give it a go. So glad we did! Inside everything was wonderful and the customer service was outstanding. My daughter must have tried on everything in the shop and we left very happy indeed. We will only ever shop here for dancewear from now on! Shame there aren't more first class independent retailers left on our high streets like this one.

I cannot recommend this shop enough from the quality merchandise to the wonderful helpful ladies who work there. I bought my bridesmaids dresses from this place and they were of the highest quality and very beautiful. The choice was phenomenal- all colours, sizes and styles to appeal to my 6 bridesmaids.  Sarah also undertook some alterations for us to some accompanying pieces one of which wasn’t purchased from her but as it was part of the bridesmaids look she helped us out - a service over and above what I expected. Thanks for the truly exceptional service. HB

I had my daughter's ballet leotard, cardigan and shoes from this shop, and I must say that I was really impressed that they had them all the exactly size that I was after. I tried, with a night before, to order online, and I don’t know for what reason my payments did not gone through. Therefore, a reference number has been sent to my email address and they have suggested to go straight to the store which I obviously did, and I was really happy that I have solved my case much easier than I expected . Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.  The reason for the medium score rating would be only for the high prices which not everyone can afford however, the quality of their products are of a really high standard.
