This shop has the best brands at good prices. I have been shopping there for years & there is usually a sale on of some sort too. The selection is superb, so you are going to find a few items of interest at least. Overall it saves me time as i know that when i go there they will be well stocked & not trying to sell a last pair at a very low advertised price just to get people into the shop. They were the cheapest for my New Balance 993 running shoes by far too, i paid £60 instead of the £90 RRP!!!! Highly recommended.
This place is terrible. I went in to look at buying some running shoes, but the shop assistant knew nothing about the products he was trying to sell. Also, the manager wouldn't let me try jogging in the shoes, not even just around the store! I'm not sure how many people are happy buying running shoes without running in them but I certainly wasn't going to be. Went to Runners Need on Strype Street instead, far better. Avoid this place.
Avoid like the plague. Only interested in taking your money, any problems and the staff suddenly become very hostile and unhelpful. Returned a faulty pair of shoes not even worn, with receipt and after half an hour of the assistant telling me the shoes were not faulty despite obviously being faulty, he called to his head office. I was then told I could exchange the shoes. However due to the appalling service I wanted a refund which I was entitled by law due to the fact the shoes were faulty, to which I was refused! They then refused to give me the manager/owners number. Never in my life have I received such poor customer service, or been in such a poorly managed store. The word cowboys comes to mind.
Handy for locals but only if you have a clear idea of what you want; staff won't make a big effort to help or recommend.
Basically like a Sports Direct. I believe Sports Direct have recently bought them out and will rebrand the store shortly.
Good service and shop staff be very helpful.
best place ever for shopping sports and designer clothes.
