Whatever you do, do not order from this store! Half of my order was missing and they don’t respond to emails, phone calls or social media. It’s been over a month of repeated attempts and I’ve still not got my money back or a response from them
I ordered a Columbia Fleece and Columbia Down Jacket this week. Only the fleece arrived and the parcel wasn’t even big enough for both. The invoice included both items but only the fleece arrived… Have contacted them on Facebook and email with no response. Phone number rings out and the WhatsApp doesn’t work. £95 for a down jacket that didn’t arrive…. My friend lives near the ‘store’ in London and drove to ask for my jacket. Turns out it was a storage facility and not a shop. Avoid if you don’t want scammed
I take a order from here, but the size is bigger than what I expect, I try to send numerous Email and take phone call for 3 times to discuss the issue, but there is no any respond for me. I guess If I return the jacket without any discussion in Advance, I may lost the jacket and money.
Major issues with this company, they sent out the wrong size. I sent emails and got no reply, I tried calling and got a voicemail, the WhatsApp doesn’t work. Eventually left a review elsewhere and Jake called me straight away apologising, saying he had been off sick etc… I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he sent me a return label, assuring me the correct size would be sent out. They received the item over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing, I’ve sent emails to the generic email address and Jake’s email address and they have all gone ignored. Phone calls unanswered. don’t expect this level of service for a £260 jacket. Avoid and check the negative reviews

Doesn’t answer emails/instagram/phone. Somehow my package is in Israel, I live in Australia They say email anything and they help but nothing, what a joke. Will change if i get my order
I returned an item on the 2nd of July and I received confirmation it was returned and I havnt received my refund for the item. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to retrieve the money. Avoid at all costs. I send email after email with no response from customer service! And called daily and no one answered
Placed an order had notification the order has been shipped checked Royal Mail tracking they state The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail. I'm still waiting I have emailed them numerous times and phoning they will not respond.
I rarely write reviews but maybe now they might actually reply to my messages? At first everything was great, item was sent promptly. However, right before delivery, I saw that Royal Mail were returning the item to sender because it had been wrongly addressed. Jake did have a couple of days during this period when he was replying to emails and somewhat attempting to find a solution. They have had the item back with them now for nearly two weeks, during which time I haven’t heard a single thing. Phone calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered, messages on the shop app go unanswered, their whatsapp doesn’t even exist. The current situation is that they have taken my money, and are also keeping hold of the item I ordered. If that’s not theft then I don’t know what is.
I recently bought a beautiful bag from Jake - his customer service is 10/10 and he literally went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect - THANK YOU! It's so appreciated!
