I thought I would have to buy another pair of orthotics because my pair were three years old and I sensed my foot had changed. Kathleen added some material to the arch of my orthotic and that addressed the change in my foot's architecture. So simple a fix but extremely effective and she said no charge. That doesn't happen very often today .
Diana was friendly, a wonderful communicator and made my son feel very comfortable during his appointment. We appreciated her professionalism and kindness

I had a very positive experience with Colin at SoleScience today. Colin is extremely knowledgeable, and explains everything well; offering suggestions for my set of circumstances. The staff there are all very friendly. I highly recommend SoleScience for orthotics. I previously went elsewhere for orthotics and it was far less favourable. I can't say enough about my experience! Thank you Colin!
This company will go to work fairs and offer insole analysis, have you sign permission and later make you insoles, not contact you to advise they are, or a date of completion. Send you a bill months later due the day you got it. I never asked for the product, never received notice and yet end up in collections for something I didn't want. Other employees at my work have had the same experience
I am extremely pleased with the start of my assistance from Kathleen Klement. She is very professional & courteous & seems to have the expert knowledge to help with my foot problem.
The Seigel's shoe store at the Maitland clinic is incredible. I have bought other shoes here and at the old Seigel's over the years and often recommend this store to my family and friends - especially if looking for wide-width shoes. I have always struggled to find footwear that takes an orthotic and find a proper fit for me. Brian I think! was very professional, patient and helpful in guiding me to a pair of sandals that were nearly perfect. When I identified some rubbing, he had numerous modifiers in mind to fix this - including adding padding in a particular spot. I was blown away to actually leave feeling like I didn't have to leave with a less-than-perfect pair of sandals that were going to hurt my feet. I have had my orthotics through Colin & Jeff for nearly a decade. They are both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The orthotics come quickly and the team really wants to ensure they work well for you and will do everything they can to customize or adjust as needed. Amazing service that makes a huge impact! Thanks so much to this amazing team!
Met with Kathleen, a knowledgeable person, and very informative. She gave me a thorough examine and was able to give me some hope that she will be able to help me and my sore feet.
