We used to live locally so had takeaway from them regularly and it was really good! And they were always busy, booking was a must. But we moved away about a year ago. Went back the other night for a meal as we happened to be free, hungry and in the area, and it was empty. We were there from about 6 until about 8 on a bank holiday Monday, and we were the only table in for that entire duration. The food still tasted as good as it did before, so no disappointment there, bit we didn't recognise any of the waiting staff and the service was a bit iffy - we always used to be greeted with a smile but I don't think I saw this guy smile once. Maybe they've changed hands but retained the chef? Still, 3 stars as the food was good. Dropped a star on the service being a bit grumpy, and another star for it seeming a bit expensive and on top of that, they added a service charge to the bill automatically (without telling us) for a table of 2 people.

Food wasn't really up to scratch. Weak flavours, and a little soulless. And pretty expensive.
