Just had a quick pint. Waiting for a bus. I would go back.
Top notch toilet paper and a cheery woman behind the bar. Only downside was selik TV on. In Leith? Don't you know your history?
Offered wrong change for my payment, but noticed in time to correct the bar staff. It was immediately sorted out.
Absolute nothing wrong with this place. An old man's pub which is what I tend to go to. Only gave it 3 stars as nothing about it is a standout that would push it to 4 or 5. Thats not to say don't go there, simply saying it is like every other general pub there is.
No one said a word, the staff nor clients, when an older man started touching me from behind, as soon as I came in and stopped at the counter. Thankfully before I had a chance to order, so I could turn around and leave right away. During a very quiet night, so no chance that they couldn't notice. Shame on you. Avoid the dodgy place at all cost.
Popped in recently for a pint after "work", a word unheard of in this establishment apparently. Was lucky enough to watch another gentleman assault a woman. If you would like to experience a human zoo that will make McDonalds at 3am on a Saturday seem like primary school help yourself.
The marksman is a superb pub always welcome and friendly
Would have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately they do not have karaoke anymore.

Absolutely Terrible! I went here as I was informed it had Karaoke on a Sat night. The place is minging! I went to the toilet and there was no toilet roll and there was faeces on the floor. I asked the bar staff to have a look at the toilets and they said 'not paid' to do that! I was informed they have a morning cleaner only. Well, excuse me! If the pub are open all day with people using the facilities then someone should be checking the toilets on a regular basis! I will not enter the place ever again! It ruined my night out.
