Thanks to scs at Scunthorpe knowledgeable sales staff who are both polite and helpful supplied us with A new sisitaia suite and lounge carpet the carpet was fitted by two excellent fitters on the Friday leaving no mess doing a first class job then the suite was delivered the following day at exactly the time they said. Up to now I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the Scunthorpe branch Kind regards Paul and Rachel

Great choice, good price range , helpful staff and thankfully  not hovering over you all the time pestering you to buy . Bought a nice new sofa set  and  amazing comfy chair , just the right colour and material and most importantly  the price

Walked in was left alone to browse. Then the lady talked to us about where to find price's and fabric swatches. Then left us to it. Which was good. She told us to give her a shout if we needed.

I booked an appointment at the Scunthorpe store that was convenient for me and my sister who was chauffeuse. We were greeted on arrival and introduced to Mark our sales advisor who showed us around and then left us for a time while we tried various sofas we liked and he answered all our queries.  At no time was I pressured and I had plenty of time to decide which one I liked best - a Titan 3 seater sofa. We discussed the options available, colour, style, accessories and care package, and the all important will-it-fit-in-my-room-and-go-through-the-door question. When we had discussed this at length and agreed my options we discussed delivery and I paid. All in all it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon and I enjoyed the experience very much.

Most impressive service helpful and professional advice. Paul who gave us his service is certainly a welcome surprise as service goes will be spreading the word of his experience and ours .

Broken sofa delivered and left and delivery guy knew about it. Springs not fitted correctly. Took 2 days off work for 2 different people to come and see problems. Told it would've fixed but had to chase them up constantly. Poor quality sofa. Eventually they agreed to let me have another sofa. I went to choose one and Jamie said I could have Boxing Day sale prices and then made me think I was getting things free to compensate  foam upgrade and protection but it turned out that I was being charged for it but only because they didn't wanna give me money back.  Aftercare is absolutely poor. I said the new sofa couldn't be delivered before 1st march but from 3rd week in Jan I had the store, the depot and someone else phoning, messaging and emailing me wanting to deliver. Communication is atrocious. Salespeople full of ****. Keep away from scs.

We went to SCS last week to look at a new sofa for our living room. An extremely patient sales member attended us and spent her time with us while we looked at various styles. She even gave us a coffee while we decided which one we wanted. Eventually, she proceeded to explain all the details both financially and practically, so that we were completely aware of what we were buying. All in all, we were very happy with the service.

Went window shopping and ended up buying a new sofa lol. Got a good deal and Bradley/Brandon? Sorry forgot name but had only worked in the store a couple of weeks. He was knowledgeable and not pushy, he sort help asking about better deal and delivery. Whole process was good at this point. During this sale dates of delivery were discussed and confirmed. Later to find out I had been mislead on  when i could actually have it delivered. On returning to the store to find out when it would now be delivered, the customer service was not the same, asked to phone a peak rate phone line at my cost and vague about how to resolve my complaint. On my side I should have challenged the dates on the email sooner as they were not the same as when purchasing this was backed up by my friend who was with me when I purchased the sofa, when I phoned her whilst in store. Overall I am unhappy that I have wasted a days holiday and still waiting for my new sofa, even though it does say earliest delivery 17th Jan 2020 and now it is the 30th Jan and could be until 20th March. I hope it is worth the wait on arrival and the inconvenience

Salesman Adam ask for him personally served us today. We were looking at sofas and had very definite ideas on what we didn't want! So he helped us by process of elimination to be guided to the type of thing that might be suitable, and there were certainly more than plenty to choose from! Adam was friendly and very patient throughout the 3+hrs  that we spent in ScS and even brought us coffee whilst we decided. A thoroughly decent guy, Adam was not at all pushy and was able to give us any number of quotes for varying styles, fabrics and furniture combinations, and he was totally clued up on all aspects of the furniture he was selling! It was a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere in the shop, and we never once felt rushed, "in the way" or uncomfortable! Other staff members were also really pleasant and helpful too. We would thoroughly recommend ScS  as THE place to go if you are looking for style and quality, the number of colour, fabric and combination options are staggering, not to mention the many finance options and deals available! All in all, a very pleasant and fruitful afternoon . Thank you Adam!
