Watched manager complain to a member of staff about offering help to a  customers about helping her to her car, whilst she stood near card payment point. Customer struggled and dropped items. Great customer service NOT

Thank you to jo the general manager who helped me make my nieces Christmas by looking round her stock room to make sure she could sell me a fingerling you was more helpful then the Liverpool stores has that where I’m from and carnt get this toy for love or money THANKYOU XXXXXXXX

Very poor service nobody wanting to serve told to go to counter as your thing are ready and no staff there to serve you more interested  in serving with eBay things then your own stock
