Absolutely shocking. Was told I would get a called about car permit, I missed the called as was at work and so rang the number I was told to ring, said I would get a call back from someone later that day been over a week and still no called. I’ve been on the music call but for over half an hour and still no answer. Absolutely shocking
Absolute joke ! Appointments deleted off the system, at least 30min to get through to them on the phone to eventually speak to someone who couldn’t care less. Experts at passing the buck! Ignored my compensation form for 3 weeks of no heating or hot water in March for over a year, then said it was outdated. All they do is increase rent. Money taken, services not provided. Disgraceful!
I have a psychotic neighbour and ongo wont do anything about it because i have no evidence and they cant prove who it was, but i cant get evidence because im not allowed a door camera because it will record a different neighbours place as our doors face eachother.I am terrified everytime i have to leave or come back to my flat. It would literally take one email to all the tenants reminding them of their tenancy contract and the part where it says to not harrass your neighbours but no, they had us log the incidents with the police so that we could give themongo a police log number and then they got back to us almost 2 months later saying that they cant do anything coz we dont have evidence, if they wasnt going to do anything why send us to the police ??

Appauling!!! Was promised that new bathroom and kitchen was being fitted pre move in, moved in ... not done.... told was cos of covid ... 2 years later after constantly using covid as a excuse have told me not doing it, house wasnt fit for dogs when we moved in, they use the fact you are desperate then lie and do nothing, every fault i have reported they have come out and not done, bet im not on my own, i have now raised a complaint and will be taking this further
Absolutely amazing with booking in appointment for repairs and brilliant customer services but what's the point when the repair are never fixed??!!!
Abysmal. We were left without hot water and heating for 3 days over the new year. Everytime we called the emergency number they said someone would call us back and no one ever did. I had to report it to the council for anything to be done. When they did come to take a look they did not fix the problem and our boiler is still leaking. We reported this again 3 days ago and still no contact from them. Avoid.
An excellent housing association whom provide comfortable affordable homes. Ongo go steps, leap’s & bounds further than other housing association’s by supporting growth stability and rehabilitation within the community with its recruitment service. A highly commendable community resource.
Experienced and professional repairs service haha that's a laugh reported a repair five times now. And still nothing done not even a phone call worst landlord in UK. I'm not even gonna get in touch anymore and just let the job get worse which will cost them more money I'm not even going to cut the grass that's their job
Rents are high in Epworth due to stupid overpriced service charges! I pay more in rent living here than other tenants in other areas . DWP do not cover all my rent . In theory I should be paying £344 a month for a one bed flat , not nearly £360! Ridiculous, especially as I cannot work due to health reasons and have to rely on universal credit.
