We ordered food last night and the Food turned up 2 and a half hours late and it was cold and we couldn't even bite through the chicken, the chips are soggy we didn't get our drinks and couldn't even eat the food. Its absolutely appalling. Will never be ordering from here ever again. Didn't even get a refund.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! We waited TWO HOURS for our food, for it to arrive freezing cold and the wrong order. When I called, the man was incredibly rude, lying saying it was 5 minutes away, which he must’ve said 4 times over the course of an hour. When we originally called, he couldn’t understand me saying the number ‘59’ and then upon me repeating it, shouted ‘enough’ and then proceeded to fail to deliver my order as he had gone to number 69.
Charged more than it says online looking back at reviews it’s been happening at least a year! Plenty of time to update the system!! charges £2 delivery but fails to mention it over the phone! Portions have gotten a lot smaller and it was barely warm. Won’t be ordering again. Do not recommend!
So me and my partner ordered food from here, the food turned up cold and we both got small portions when 1 was ment to be large, I tried to phone speedy peppers up, multiple times and no answer, I phone the delivery driver and they did not answer then messages me saying they don't even deliver food however it was his number that phoned my partner up to go outside and collect the food utter disgrace
Absolutely disgusting ordered sent to wrong address and called me a lier after several phone calls telling me they had delivered it left it on door step of the wrong address refused a refund and phone manners gone out window never ordering from here again and even tho it was delivered to wrong address they was over half hour late with delivery to disgusting
I was out last Friday and this place was the only place open in town, yes I was on the lash but I was in total disbelief when they changed me £50 yes £50 for a kebab and onion rings they know full well that people are drunk and take full advantage of that fact I will be avoiding this place from now on
Food was great . But kebab special had no koftee or lamb shish . Just chicken breast . Chicken meat and doner .. foned em up and queired this but was told what i had was rite but not what it says wen ordering .. but overall food we did get was great
Have waited over two hour for the food it still hasn't arrived and no one answered the phone.Would not recommend at all.
Worst place ever, shocking customer service… pizza burned yes tepid warm… 2 hours to be delivered, didn’t give a monkeys when I called twice and lied about it being “5 minutes” or “on its way”
Just ordered food tonight Saturday the 9th April. Wrong order food looks disgusting a rabbit would starve on the salad they have put in the chicken kebab. Called them 4 times and it’s only 7. 34 wanting my money back and they can gladly have there food as we do not want it. Please do not order from these people, has ownership changed over the last few months as the food certainly has big no no from me.
