Phoned up to order my food told me 40 mins hour and half later still no food so phoned back up told me another 20 mins so I told him I’ve been waiting anhour and half so 2 hours past phone up rude as hell told him to keep the food

This chicken shop has the worse customer service ever. One star is way better than this place deserves. They simply ignore customers.

Absolutely  shocking, our order arrived 35 minutes late and was freezing. Phoned to complain and was given a load of tosh over the phone,  Disgusting  service and disgusting food. Wouldn't recomend.

Best fried chicken in worksop, good alternative for KFC. Recommended collection as poor delivery times

Lovely place if you are looking for something that substitutes as an KFC place.  It's prices are reasonable, its food is actually way better than KFC. You have quite a selection to choose from and I would highly recommend them. Also, they're on just-eat app so look them up if you live near Worksop

They told me they couldn't deliver to me because I was too short. Disgusting they also said they'd get people to dress me like one of the seven dwarfs. Also the chicken looked like it was in Nagasaki
