We collected a pizza from here as we had a voucher from buying something online. We had the Texas BBQ. The price of the pizza was twenty pounds and we had to pay an extra 1.99 towards it as the voucher wasn’t enough. Well what can I say are people mad!! The place was heaving. The pizza was lukewarm, the chicken was like cheap quality sandwich chicken you buy from Iceland for 99p. There were loads of big bubbles in the dough so no toppings at all on those bits. We were so disappointed we wouldn’t even have paid 1.99 for it and gave our second voucher away. Get yourselves a high end pizza from the supermarket like sainsburys for a quarter of the price. The ingredients are far superior and it will be tasty and hot fresh out the oven.

Wouldn’t order from here again I placed a order at 5:01 pm waited a hour and a half rang back they said it was on its way would be 20 minutes, after another hour my daughter rang back they were very rude to her I rang back for a 3rd time 3 hours later they said ours was next delivery after they had said it was already on its way, it ended up arriving 3 and a half hours after we had ordered it Any one can make a mistake just be honest and stop making up excuses, we didn’t even get an apology
Not impressed. Service and quality of food has really gone downhill lately. Ordered online to collect, it was ready when we arrived but lots of staff just standing around while someone else ordered their food, instead of handing over our pizzas, so they were lukewarm by the time we got them home. Toppings so sparse - hardly any cheese, tomato sauce so thinly spread you couldn't actually tell it was tomato sauce as it was overcooked and brown. Also, two tiny pieces of mushroom on a Vegi Supreme is unacceptable. Won't be ordering from here anymore
Finally arrived over 30 minutes after it said the pizza's were on the way. The pizzas were lukewarm and disgusting. Hardly any cheese, you could only see the tomato base. Complete waste of money and I'm going to ask my bank for a refund as they ended up in the bin. Domino's, hand the franchise over to somebody who knows what they're doing as these clowns clearly don't.
For the price the pizzas are quite disappointing prefer pizza Milano, lot cheaper and much tastierFood: 2/5
Used to be a brilliant place and get plenty of topping and enjoy your pizza now has got less and less stopping and poorer service stopped using it now from now on too many times with two little topping especially when you can see the actual tomato base sauce rather than the cheese
Absolutely appalling, I ordered through the app and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. l arrived 5 minutes early to collect it and 1 HOUR later I was still stood outside waiting.I was one of many people in the same situation. There was no apology, and you were unable to get a refund, I could I've flown to Italy, had a proper authentic pizza, flown back and still been home quicker, NEVER AGAIN.
Placed a Saturday night order and disappointed I was unable to preorder. Waited until we were closer to when we wanted to eat and pleasantly surprised it was ready in less than 15 minutes. All food piping hot and lots of pizza toppings. Cheese was a little sparse but otherwise good food Staff really friendly and helpful too thanks
