A busy place but plenty of choice of glasses at a reasonable price. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The whole family has been going for many years. We are never disappointed
Took my elderly dad to Specsavers, Worksop this morning. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. From the pre-checks through to the actual eye test, then onto picking some glasses, the staff made sure that dad was looked after... including making sure he get the best deal for his new glasses. Thank you
The staff was wondering when I went for my eye test last week and when pick my new glasses the woman was very helpful. When I pick my glasses a lovely young lady was wondering make sure my glasses fit properly and I was in and out in 5 minutes to .
I recently transferred from the Retford branch to Worksop for my contact lens appointments and after the first visit I realized I had made the right choice. I have subsequently had 2 further appointments which were great. Polite and helpful staff. Today, I called in as I had had some trouble with a split contact lens. I was seen quickly, had a thorough exam and, fortunately, no piece of lens in my eye but there was an eyelash caught underneath the corner of my eye. It was removed and the relief is amazing! Thank you, a great job!
I don't know what specsavers are using, I got my glasses last year, went back because they were always dirty & streaky, they changed them for new ones but no different, won't be going to specsavers again, nevermind should have gone to specsavers, should have gone somewhere else,
I visited Spec-savers near on two weeks ago now, for an eye test , and to be fitted for some new glasses . On this occasion I was advised to due to my sight deteriorating over the past years , to go for vari-focals which would suit me for both reading and long distance . As a result of the Optometrist recommendation , and after having my new glasses fitted which I collected today , for me it was certainly the best recommendation for sure , and I have wore my glasses today for both reading and driving , and I am more than highly satisfied , and cannot thank Spec-savers enough . As a result a very special thank you goes out to the Spec-savers Team at the Worksop Branch . That being Eye Test - Dee Spectacle dispense - Nikki Handover of fitting of glasses - Janet Based on the above , I would like to sum Soec-savers up in a few more words A Polite & very friendly B Very efficient C Use all the latest Technology D Very professional E Excellent staff without any doubt F , And to conclude , I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Worksop Branch to any of my friends and family ! Nice glasses could of done with booking a hearing test cos am as deaf as a door nail I did request one by doing it online but it never got sorted
Staff very helpful when I had issues with my new glasses. Went above and beyond what I would expect.
The staff at the Worksop branch of Specsavers could not have been more professional, or more kind, when I visited yesterday. The person at the call-centre, Liz, who was professional, reassuring, and very kind, had communicated my concerns to the branch and the lady who greeted me so sorry, I missed your name had already spoken to Kathryn, the optometrist, and they were fully informed and prepared for my visit before I’d even walked through the door. The same lady carried out my initial tests and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. My usual Specsavers optometrist, who my family and I have seen for many years, has now retired, so I’d never met Kathryn before, but I’ll definitely continue to make my appointments with her in future. In the process of diagnosing the problem with my eye which, due to my previous history, was worrying me, Kathryn made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to be as sure as possible that the diagnosis was the correct and only one, before referring me to the hospital for further treatment. Due to my health conditions I was concerned about Covid precautions at the branch, but I needn’t have worried. The precautions were good and the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe. As my career was spent training people how to deliver excellent customer service in major organisations, my hopes and expectations are, perhaps, higher than most people’s. The level of service I received in Worksop, yesterday, was outstanding. Thank you.
Im currently trying free contact lenses, had to go back into the Worksop branch due to not being able to get my contact lense out Ive never had contact lenses before but i was assured i could take as long as i needed and any problems just pop back into the store and they would help. So i had to go back to store due to not being able to get one of my contact lenses out. I saw the opthamologist who advised that the lense must of come out because she couldn't see anything, but prescribed some eye drops due to my eye being dried out. I didn't mind paying for the eyedrops but then to be charged for another eye test a week after id already paid for one is absolutely disgusting. I wasn't even told i would be charged for an eye test, so what i thought would be a routine visit to help a first time contact lense user cist me the best part of £40, really disappointed with this and angry that you would charge for another eye test that i didn't have!!!!!!!!!
