It’s easier to get tickets for an EXO gig than get an appointment. Permanently under staffed. Phone line is always full by 08.00.01 then they switch the online gateway tool off due to lack of staff. When I discovered a lump on my back I couldn’t get an appointment because it wasn’t an emergency. After weeks of not being able to get an appointment, I literally had to go into the surgery and cry at a receptionist to get a doctor to look at it. Have been waiting a year and a half, no lie, for an appointment because it keeps getting cancelled due to lack of staff. If you have a job where you can’t answer your phone whilst working you can forget any chance of medical treatment ever.
Brilliant got seen today even with covid by Dr kumar who came out to the car and I got antibiotics so thank you x
Just waited 20 mins to book an appointment in advance for 2 weeks time to be told it's emergency bookings only today and to call back on Monday between 8 and 11am... I've never experienced such a useless service in all my life. Good luck when the new houses are built and there are thousands of new clients in the area.
A complete joke receptionist take it to there own hands when repeat prescriptions can be given out never sent through to chemist at right time always chasing it up every month! Wife has to mess about after being on nights ringing 111 to try and get her medication to get through bank holiday weekend. Apart from that the doctors themselves are ok.
Tried 3/4 times calling to even get in the queue to book an appointment, when I finally got in was 19th in the queue, waited around 30 odd mins and hadn't moved up a lot and ended up having to give up and go to work
