You Cancelled the confirmed 10.15am appointment at 9.35 when we were already on route to Ryde saying the Locum didn't pitch up today. Surely you were aware of absence before 9.36? Late to advise of cancellation and an alternate appointment not provided, on awaiting list for maybe around 5 January. Such unprofessional service and not customer friendly.
Less was wonderful at finding frames that fit and getting us the best deal po. A fantastic service.

I was referred to Specsavers by my doctor due to long waiting lists at St Mary's audiology department. What a bonus it turned out to be. Friendly, efficient staff took great care to make sure my new hearing aids were doing the job. I am now hearing better than I have done for years!
After two years of adjustment following cataract surgery, I am now thrilled to have varifocals which address the remaining problems with my vision. I could not fault the wonderful service I received and have total confidence in Specsavers expertise. Thank you!

The hearing centre, which is downstairs, is small and very personal. The staff are super friendly and efficient.
Had my eyes checked today and happy that they are ok.A credit to the staff who were very polite and helpful
Very efficient! Recommend them. Last went to Newport but definitely recommend Ryde. We both had appointments for eye tests and I opted to choose new frames. Out within 45 minutes.
The assistants were very helpful. I had a first rate service. Thank you!
