With one or two exceptions there is an all pervading corrosive, paternalistic atmosphere in this surgery.The practice manager is probably the source of this culture. Our family only go there if absolutely necessary.

Can never get an appointment after 5:30 even though they say they do them till 6:30. So I have to take time off work. They also keep loosing blood test results and screwing up my prescriptions. A constant source of frustration.
