My eye exam was very comprehensive and optician was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this Specsavers.

Very impressed with Specsavers Nairn. I had a cataract procedure recently and was concerned about my right eye. I was fitted in last Thursday and had a very thorough check. Marc missed part of his lunch hour. I left very reassured that my eye is fine and with the knowledge that if anything does go wrong Marc is there to look after me. The other staff are kind and considerate.
I called into Specsavers in Nairn on Friday afternoon having already tried to get my glasses fixed earlier the same day in Inverness but had been told that they were irreparable. However, as I had bought them in Nairn and they were in fact the second pair as I’d sat on the previous ones a couple of years ago and had been devastated at my own stupidity. Luckily the staff in Nairn had managed to source the same frames for me and, even at that time, they had gone to extraordinary lengths as they had been discontinued but they managed to find the last pair that existed in the country. My lenses could be swapped over to the new frame. So when this same frame broke last week I was mortified once again. However, within about 20 minutes the rusted screw had been extracted and replaced with a new one. Glasses fixed : I was absolutely elated. I honestly can’t sing their praises high enough for once again going ‘above and beyond’. Thank you so, so much.
