Milngavie Shop: Top marks all round. Welcoming, friendly and helpfull staff. Efficient and thorough eye examination. Got designer frames with varyfocal lenses. And got a free pair of shades with polorised varyfocus lenses FREE!! Crawford was especially helpful. :-

First time at Specsavers in Milngavie: very happy with the glasses and cost, and got excellent care and service from Alma. Definitely won a loyal customer here!
Again, first class customer care from helpful and friendly staff. They were happy to adjust my glasses a week later when I felt they were slightly tight and also gave me advice on treatment for my dry eyes. Four stars because when I was collecting my glasses the assistant noticed that my sunglasses lenses had been damaged and I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to be replaced. Fortunately, it wasn't sunny during that time!
Excellent service from start to finish. Put me at ease throughout the process of an eye test. 4 Stars as I was kept waiting between things otherwise I'd recommend to anyone coming from someone who hadn't had an eye test in a year or 20. A professional job throughout!
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Spec Savers Milngavie for arranging a new pair of glasses for me so quickly under these difficult times. A fantastic service. I even had them delivered to my door by the person I spoke with. so I would like to personally thank Crawford for his first class help and efficiency.
Always bought my glasses from Specsavers, over the last 30 years they've given me great service. Thoroughly recommend them
