Waterstones is a great place to buy books and stationery and all sorts of stuff! The cafe is very nice and the food is tasty. The floor plan is well thought out with a lift and escalator AND stairs. I go to Waterstones at least once a week (but not this one) and enjoy every visit. They even sell board games!!

Excellent bookshop, from a wide range of the latest popular novels hard & paperback to a large & varied range of none fiction subjects. All this combined with a knowledgeable & helpful staff. In the basement you will find a delightful coffee shop offering cake & snacks.Here you can sit and peruse books you may wish to purchase, I should point out that a gallery area is also available for same. Well worth a visit!!

Waterstones is one of my favourite shops, existing in a digital age must be extremely difficult especially in a world where journalism is dead and fake news is now the norm, so finding a normal store these days is comforting. This is the biggest Waterstones I have visited over 3 levels and the staff were very helpful. Store also contains a coffee shop. Waterstones also sell books in digital format visit their website.

Lovely store, well laid out with a large selection. Staff very nice and friendly. Quick service and a pleasant shopping experience. Remember to get your loyalty card stamped when buying books!

A very pleasant book shop with a wide range available. A great ambience and seats to sit as you dip into your prospective purchase. If we don't use this facility, and that is what it is, we may loose it. I stumbled upon 2 books during my visit to enjoy and I encourage others to visit and to savour this experience.
