Lost my glasses walked in and the receptionist Louise manged to fit me in to get some new ones. Went back to collect my glasses and Louise manged sorted them out I had them fitted within 10 minutes and straight out. friendly service would highly recommend!

Very friendly and very thorough. Great choice of frames lots of staff to help you choose. Don't have to wait long for arrival of frames. Get a check to make sure they fit OK. And the lenses are correct.

Really nice and friendly staff who spoil you with sweetness and hi-tech from start to finish..all for a £25 pair of specs!...brilliant people in this branch..

Can't believe the comments on poor service , I have had 2 years and glasses and had very good friendly customer service. Assistants were exceptional plus very thorough tests.
