Hard to get through on the phone. Friendly staff. Thorough testing and good advice. Ten days to get new glasses made up and you have to pay €45 if you want to use your current frames One year old and in perfect condition. They should display a LARGE Price List for frames and options. I know the assistant tells you but it's complicated and feel under pressure to make a decision. You also have to pay in full up front !
A big shout out to Aoife who provided care, attention, and great help with my hearing aids. One unit developed a fault and she pulled out all the stops and provided a timely replacement. Well done to Specsavers Ashleaf, Dublin!
Just returned from my 2nd visit to this branch, the optician had previously advised me to change my existing monthly lenses prescription, on the initial visit she gave me two sets of lenses to trial, a week later I returned to be told by a different optician that I had been prescribed daily lenses instead of my usual monthly ones however I had not been advised of this when being issued with the new lenses, consequently I had been wearing the same set of daily lenses for a week, I was shocked to discover this on my second visit as it could have caused damage to my eyes, I consider this level of service to be totally unacceptable and positively dangerous especially when it's related to a person's eyesight!
I always like a quick, no messing around approach when getting glasses, in pick the glasses and get out and alex was quick to pick up on that. He helped me get the right frames that id seen online, promptly looked up my prescription & PRSI entitlements and was out the door in 10mins better again i wasnt expecting my glasses for at least a week and got them in 4days. Top class service from specsavers crumlin
I had an great experience from start to finish. I went for an eye test for a driving license and needed glasses. Philip I’m assuming is the manager was super friendly, personable and gave me great advice on the name on my license. A lovely girl called Shannon help me pick out my glasses. All around it was exceptional customer experience. We’ll done all!
Great team of professionals, unfortunately too expensive. I'll get prescription filled elsewhere. Look to your pricing Specsavers, another customer lost.

Poor quality glasses that broke shortly after purchasing. Staff were rude and unhelpful and I had to pay for new glasses. Avoid.
Great staff, so good to have a specsavers here.
In and out in less than an hour great service..staff very friendly efficient and knowledgeable ....
