2 weeks with mobile data very slow and customer service useless as they just tell lies at the phone, we will change provider. Worse company ever.
I am long overdue a credit refund of €21.71 on my final eir bill, since March 2021. After one year, I still have not received it. There is no number to call and no email available to contact. I have to log complaints form online several times, in order to get someone to contact me about it. And the lady called me eventually recently think her name is Adrian was not helping at all, instead, she was very argumentative. I don't believe this is how eir should do business and treat the customers.
Have rang this shop150 times for two days in a row no one answer check the website say its open until 7pm Thursday drive up at 6.16pm and close ???
Dear Eir. I have bought a bill plan and telephone for 2 years. A month after got a bill quoted on over 200€ for outcoming calls I paid 39.99 and I will pay the rest. I EVEN WENT OK HENRY STREET TO TALK WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE. He sent an email and still, I'm barred from making calls. Is this is a professional way you treat new customers?
Senior femail staff member clearly working on commission to benefit her self Lied and said no existing deal ever existed that I had before. She then did something similar someone else. Never going back to that store again.
Shop staff are great,...But the Company are the worst company to Deal with on the Customercare phone line,Your waiting over 45 minutes to try and talk to somebody,they over charge you on your Bill's and are not helpful at all,...so keep clear of Eir.
Customer service is terrible, in particular senior staff. Avoid if at all possible. I would go through the whole situation but to be honest I am still in disbelief at the carry on and accusations thrown around by senior staff. They were outrageous.
Audrey there is a star she was on her own dealing with multiple customers no problem putting credit in peoples phones which she does not have to do and took care of my upgrade in a flash a credit to eir hope her bosses give her a nice bonus she deserves it happy xmas .
Wouldn't even rate my experience with eir absolutely no customer care or attempt of customer care website said 6 o clock closed by 5.30. Think now time to change network provider last straw.
