I have received excellent service from J and S Plumbing and Heating. New boiler installed. Worked professionally but friendly and very polite from booking the the appointment through to completion. Have had a problem with the immersion heater air vent valve following a power flush to radiators which caused a leak. The company responded quickly to temporarily fix it and a date is booked for a proper repair. Really satisfied so far and would recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic.  Can't fault them. From Sarah who took my call through to the engineers who came out. The service was prompt, clean, efficient and professional.  I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

We used J & S Plumbing and Heating to service our boiler, service our gas fire and to fit new taps and clicker sink waste in our bathroom.  Matt and Barry were very professional, friendly, arrived on time and did a great job.  The work was carried out to a high standard and was competitively priced. Brilliant service from plumbers Matt and Jason, and excellent admin backup from Sarah. Matt was at my home for well over 8 hours, doing a thorough Powerflush of my central heating system, which is now working far far better than previously. Matt also fitted a new pump, and fixed my faulty bath taps. He cleaned up thoroughly, and was cheerful and friendly, even though he stayed well after his usual finishing time. Those who know me will tell you that I almost never rate any service 9/10, let alone 10/10, but I have no hesitation in rating J&S 10/10. They have now become “my” plumbers.
