However scathing I make this review, it won't do justice to the expense, distress and trouble that this incompetent bunch have caused. My elderly parents made the mistake of employing Aquatech, Lincoln to take out a bath and put in a shower cubicle. Despite charging a  lot of money, every single thing they did was faulty, and they caused damage to the room and fittings. The ‘completed’ job left the shower lukewarm and merely dribbling, the wallboard not fitting to the ceiling or the flooring in parts, taps were fitted damaged,the shower was not sealed and leaked into the floor,a tap was left leaking water into the new units, and fittings began showing rust after 2 weeks, etc.etc.etc. Despite having them back it has since required another competent plumber completely re-doing/replacing the fittings, and a decorator to make good the botched wall panels etc. My major concern is that this company is very convincing when spoken to and other people may be taken in.

Never showed up on when said he would, even missing a whole day, damaged shower parts and scratched wall panels by fitting them after taking protective covers off. Shower leaked as not sealed in the right place, gaps in wall panel seal. Awful boxing on pipes. Having to get everything redone. Find someone else!

I have to totally disagree with a review I have just read. Paul completely transformed my bathroom. It is stunning and I love it. There was very little mess and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Drilled through two different water pipes in the space of 7 months, both times they attended quickly and did an excellent job at a good price. Well pleased

Came same day. Job done next day when parts arrived. Price was fair.
