Excellent service, we had a leak from our water pump. Rang Mel about half 5 in the evening, he turned up about half an hour later. Found the problem, replaced the pump and tested the system. Very professional, would defiantly use again and recommend to friends.

As a landlord I need to be associated with tradesmen that not only know their trade but are reliable, punctual, honest and thorough in their work. I found that Efficiency HPE were all of this and more. I needed a gas fire that had failed its safety check repairing and recommissioning.  HPE were significantly cheaper than other quotes and the work was complete the next day, no fuss, no mess just perfect results. Thanks again, I will definitely be putting all my plumbing work your way.

We have used this chap on several occasions to sort some boiler and heating issues. He has been very flexible and quick to respond. On both occasions he fixed the problem quickly and at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. On the job he took the time explain what was wrong and what needed doing and was polite and courteous throughout. We will certainly be using Mal again.

Fast, friendly, arrived earlier than arranged on a bank holiday Monday, had all the correct parts, even the unexpected ones, excellent service, highly recommended!
