Great little find, smaller than anticipated but saying that - plenty of room for children to play and adults to sit down despite party being on. Staff were really helpful, efficient and lots of food and drinks options. Will return.
My son had a stuff and fluff party on the 7th june here, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we could of made. Every second from start to finish was handled excellently. Each child had a fabulous time, I had that many messages from parents following the party telling me how much their little one had enjoyed it I didn't know who to respond to first. The young ladies and the young lad who hosted the actually teddy stuffing upstairs couldn't do enough to help the children, they where patient, helpful and polite from beginning to end. The year prior we had a party at build-a-bear, it cost us 550 for 10 children and it was a shambles. Sparkles exceeded my expectations at a fraction on the price. I highly recommend this venue if your looking to host a party for your young children, we will definitely be back next year. The names of our hosts where David, Nathan, Harvey, Emily and Rhianna. Thank you so much for helping to make my boys 6th birthday one to remember!
What an amazing team! My son had his 5th birthday party here last Friday, he had the most amazing time, the staff were all really attentive, and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend Sparkles for any child’s party
Good play area, not the biggest but kept my 5 year old busy for about an hour. Free parking around the place, just be wary of the max time your allowed.
A disgusting play centre. After my mum comes every single week spending ample money on play, food & toys this week my 3 year old son was cornered higher up and repeatedly punched in the stomach by another older child to which a confrontation started by the other child’s guardians who approached first when she was waiting for my child to climb down, defending that “boys play rough” and that my mum “needs to be careful”.nnThe owner took the side of the guardians of the child who was physically punching other children including mine and decided to kick us out when I came down baring in mind there was no shouting from us incase the owner would like to try defend this video proof just speaking to explain to this lady why she believes a child should punch another younger child, other paying parents in the play area witnessed the punching happening, if you want your child to be assaulted and nothing done regarding it from the owners & instead making the problem people be the “victim” this is the place for you.
