Booked a 7 year old Birthday party, it was so enjoyable. Juice cups and juice played for one hour went to the upstairs party slot, are a nice presented buffet plate and juice drinks poured by staff. Sang Happy birthday and cake done, staff cut the cake wrapped it up and pit it in the party bags. Party provides the party bags, we had the monkey he wasn't massively Iver energetic but was pleasant and maybe steam clean the suit, then the young girls thta work there led the party. Personally as a parent the staff are young energetic and fun and made every thing very easy all I had to do was bring the cake and turn up. Very reasonably priced and not once did I feel stressed or pressured x x friendly chilled out party Thankyou Jungle Js
I had my daughters 4th birthday party here & when I say they went above and beyond, it was really special! I had booked the whole place out & the females who were working were amazing!! Helped me with all the decoration, setting the tables up, welcoming the guests, helping the children, setting up the children’s tables/parties. I had also ordered catering food for the adults, and the staff here has set it all up for me & made sure everything was perfect the whole way through the evening. I would definitely recommend Jungle J’s for parties, my daughter had the best time ever & all our guests had such a lovely time. Thank you so so much !!!
As an owner of multiple businesses, I do try to be fair and impartial when leaving reviews. Therefore this review is based on facts, not personal preference... Firstly, this place is a safety risk to the children who attend. Today we found equipment which was unsafe as the bolts were hanging out pic included as proof. Reported to a staff member who claimed to be "the owner" very much doubt that who claimed all safety checks were done this morning. Obviously they weren't completed or simply not completed to an adequate standard. Even before the above issue we had to move tables as the blow heater hanging from the roof was blowing out dirt and dust all over the tables pic included as proof. The dust was falling all over us, the tables and into our drinks. The same "owner" claimed the heater is cleaned every week. Obviously not. The above aside, service was appalling. It took 30 minutes to be served 2 slices of cheese and toast. And that was only because I had to remind them I had ordered! When we finally got the food, the server even stated their words: "sorry about that, the staff are useless today" which I highly agree with. At one point there were 5 staff members stood in the kitchen area, eating and leaning over counters where food is supposed to be prepared. None of which were kitchen staff and haden't washed their hands. Staff were also constantly huddled together behind counters, again eating and laughing together while customers such as myself were waiting to be served and not even being looked at. In closing, the most shocking issue with todays visit was the attitude of "the owner" who rather than listen to relevant customer complaints about the safety of children etc, continued to try and interrupt while making excuses and minimalising the issues. Amongst the 7 staff including "owner" who were present today, there was not one shred of responsibility, leadership or quality from one of them. There are far better, far cleaner, far safer places to visit than here. Another customer lost.
Very rude staff, not very child friendly, could smile just even a little bit wait is way too long for food! And all u can smell is dirty feet, think this place couuld do with a deep clean. Overall kids did have a nice time. But next time will just stick to play near blue tiffin.
Went today and it was terrible! Filthy it was. Let the kids play only to find out there was 15 year olds playing in the play area and dashing balls at little kids. My nephew got hurt by them as they threw a ball at his eye. Went over and told the staff and one of the staff was really cocky and said 'what do you want me to do about it'. My nephews eye was bright red. Then we put an order in for food, only to find out the same staff member didn't put our order to the kitchen. We asked for a refund and she was stood near the till and turned round and went 'I forgot' with the same cocky attitude. I worked in a play centre and if I did that I would of got sacked. Wont be going there again. Much better places around!
Went for a child's 6th birthday party. Exclusive use of the place. Run by young people. Nothing wrong with this but all staff only about 17 to 22 yrs of age. They did hoover up before the party started and service was good. Well-done to the youngsters running this place.
Yes good for children, the staff were OK but lacked a little bit of enthusiasm, giving out sweets didn't check who got them,couple small kids crying missed out ,doing the dance looked distinctly bored I can get there doing few times a day but unfortunately that's the job description. Also the banister coming down from party room was that sticky it should be sanitised after each session .This is by no means saying its bad but an observation how things could be better.x
I have been visiting this place for over 8 years and have always been happy with the food and service. However, on this occasion I was unhappy as I had been served a cold jacket potato. I was the 'summoned' by the chef who said in her own words ' well I didn't think you would want a hot potato served with salad'. It was compleley inedible and she went onto say 'well you could have moved all of the silver stuff in it' No idea what she was arguing with me about. Sorry Jungle Js, you need to rethink your customer satisfaction regarding food and service.
I have been coming too this play centre for 15 years I've had several party's here over the years but never in my life have I had such an awful experience. ordered some tea took half an hour too bring some chips and nuggets over too find a huge blonde hair in them told the staff then waited another 20 mins for the manager too come over slam the plate down and say it wasn't any of ours I have long black hair then too be told 5 mins after we finally get our food that there shutting for a party so the kids couldn't even eat there tea.the kids came off the slide wet through too tell me a little girl just did a wee on the slide I asked for the manager too be told sorry but it's not my problem but I'll clean it I then proceeded too tell her the children hadn't even finished eating was told tuff but they can take it with them the manager was rude and very unprofessional dealing with my complaints and said sorry but it's one of them things didn't even get offered a refund so my children left full of someone's urine and empty bellys when I spent 30 pound getting in the place and ordering there tea never again will I go back after 15 years I have seen lots of owners pass through but never have I been spoke too so rude the staff all look about 15 years old standing around d on there phones gossiping about some of the mums including our group such a shame the place has gone downhill so much ! will be going anywhere else but here be warned guys the place is shocking do not waste your money here I certainly won't be again!!! It's messy and unsafe the manger is so rude it's untrue waste of money and shocking management do not take your children here
Went here for the first time, does not look big on the onset set however there is plenty to do that will tire the little ones. Good clean environment, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Equipment and frame in good condition and well looked after with no build up of dust.
