I really want to commend the young woman who was working in the store at 5.30pm on Sunday 12th December this year. It was bitterly cold with a fresh breeze and my friend and I were struggling to get back to our hotel on the seafront for the start of dinner service at 6pm. We had just alighted from the Santa Express and taxis were hard to find with the crowds so we started walking down the road, then went into the Spar to see if they knew where to get a taxi, it was a 30 minute walk back in the dark and we neither of us wanted to attempt that walk. I don't know her name but the young lady at the counter was so very helpful and as soon as she learned my friend had the added difficulty of a lung condition she offered to call and then ordered us a taxi on her mobile. She insisted we wait inside out of the cold, we did make purchases in gratitude for her help. All round five star service and we made dinner service! ....so thank you very much
