Can I say both my Mum and I have had great customer service from this store. Ok the store isn't a coop in any means, meaning the shop quality but the staff are amazing and make you feel really welcome. Carters is a great place to pick up milk or general stuff and with great customer service. Would recommend for someone needing to pick up a few bits instead of going to a supermarket

The short older lady who works there with grey hair, is so rude, I've had a number of issues with this lady when picking up parcels. She tells me I must have another form of I'd to pick up my parcel when I show her my bank card, I've been picking up parcels from there for years with my bank card  with no problems at all and every time I am served by her there is an issue.. Awful customer service.. Credit to all other staff members..
