We used this company 12 years ago and the quality of service was excellent and we have used this company again and we received the same quality of service from Andy and his team. We are very happy customers.
Met by Andy who provided us with an extremely professional overview of our furniture of interest. He comprehensively covered all the salient points and answered our questions as they arose. We were able to order our units confident we had made the correct choice. I should mention that the sale prices obtained appeared to be genuine discounts and we came away feeling we had a bargain despite the large outlay.
Very good furniture & beds better prices than the big shops who rip u off I always shop here & cheaper than carltons furniture in Torquay.
We were looking for a local shop to provide 2 and 3 seater settees. We looked around but settled on Fredmans as a result of the initial service provided by Andy Burfitt. Not only did he provide the best quote, but he thoroughly explained waiting times, delivery etc. The settees arrived when we were told they would and the delivery process was seamless. We can’t fault the service provided, from the initial enquiry, their communications through to delivery. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fredmans and will certainly look to use them again.
Excellent Andy was so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. He showed us different colours of the sofas we were interested in on the TV screen.A good choice to browse. We will be back Thank you .
I bought my dining suite and matching items here. Excellent non pushy staff. My family likely to buy from here too as service is excellent and staff don't "hover" whilst your mind is racing wondering about suitability of items. If I was buying statement items again, I'd defo go to Fredmans first.
