I have been living in The  Rosses for over 20 years and always thought this wee shop was good which it is, the only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of my experience tnite in the shop, I went over for a loaf of bread and I asked the young man behind the counter is all ur bread out,  and without hesitation he was like yea it out. He never checked he never said sorry or anything. Most of the staff are pleasant in the shop, but I think some of the younger ones have to learn how to have manners plus have proper training in customer service. This is an absolute shame that I have to write this too.

Good variety. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. But the prices and offers keep changing and are not adjusted properly at checkout. Overpaid a few times. Advice to other shoppers... keep an eye on how much you are paying.

Lisa manages this spar and has a lovely well trained team. Love the barista coffee and they always ring through the double points on the reusable cup unlike other places in Ballymena.

Good supermarket But have a very poor attitude to the wearing of masks Management not really interested if you wear a mask or not I would suggest a sign outside Stating No Mask No Entry just like most other shops

Great range of items and friendly staff. However the car park can be awkward for nervous drivers

Handy local Spar, access to site is not the best, but good parking is available. Cash machine on site.
