Its my nearby shop and I used to purchase from this shop but I have to say that some of the staff shows that awful attitude and unwelcoming facial expressions towards customers that make me feel that they are not fit for any sales....hope the management will do proper sales training to the staff
I recently shopped at Tesco express in Ballymenanand while I usually have no issues and enjoy the wide selection of products, my last visit was marred by an unfortunate encounter at checkout. The cashier seemed very disinterested and was quite abrupt in their interactions, not just with me but with other customers as well. This isn't the level of customer service I've come to expect from Tesco, which is disappointing.nnI understand that everyone can have an off day, and retail is a challenging environment, especially during busy times. However, a friendly demeanor goes a long way in making shopping a pleasant experience. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as I believe in the importance of good customer service and think it's crucial for maintaining the high standards Tesco is known for. I look forward to better experiences in the future
I love wee Tesco’s and great customer service if I ever get a leaflet for anything I make sure to ask to put it up in here as they always do.
Absolutely awful, rude staff who obviously have had no retail training or manners. Will not use this store again.
Very nice selection. Similar to a Costco back in the states. Clothes & groceries all in same shop.
