Customer comes 2nd . like walking into a mother's meeting. Customers queuing 5 deep at the till,3 behind the counter but just 1 serving. Staff are more interested in pausing to talk about their social life. Hot deli roll almost cold before leaving the shop.
The grumpiest bunch of women I have ever come across… the younger ladies are polite and helpful and the older women are plain rude… always 3 talking and 1 jumping between the till and post office. Will be using the shop up the road from now on
100 metres from our garden gate. Served me well for the 22 years I have lived in New Inn. Friendly staff always helpful.
I always find the staff very helpful and friendly. I fo feel for them trying to run the post office and serving other customers slows things down. However not their fault and a sign of the times and how post offices are run.
