Heather is a dog lover and an Excellent Groomer. I take my dogs and my dogs have a stress free groom with Heather who has many years grooming experience.

I do not recommend this groomers due to traveling to Pontypool from Cwmbran to it being shut, it was also a booked appointment. I had waited half an hour outside the groomers to see if anyone would turn up and I had also rung both the mobile and telephone number and there was no answer. I am not pleased with it and won't be using this groomers again.

Took my puppy Dottie yesterday for her first visit.. Heather took great care of her and Dottie looked absolutely gorgeous when we picked her up. Thanks you

Took mikey for his grooming session really pleased with what was done will be going back looks really good would recommend them to other people
