Staff are kind and willing to help if you have any questions. I pop in sometimes for snacks and never left empty handed. I am sorry to see this shop get bad reviews because people won’t use their common sense and understand that the post office is a different business and it wouldn’t certainly not be open at 2300… no post office should be open during those times anyway ‍
Advertised as post office from 7am-11pm online but its not, its false advertising this should be changed. Spar staff are not trained for the post office that they have at their till, and seem to see it as your problem, not that they advertise a service that you travel there to get, you wait in the queue only to be told they can't provide, even when you can see all the equipment there, and this has been going on years. Could do with some training in customer service at the same time as this is lacking too. There used to be one or two staff who were good but don't see them anymore. On a positive the actual post office staff are polite, helpful, and competent as you would expect from ANY type of business. Post office = 9am-5pm Shop = elsewhere
The customer service was exceptional I can't flaw it in anyway, it was quite the experience. Lovely staff member who made my day a little brighter, keep it up but expect some confusion.. but at the end of the day I think everyone had a little smile on their face after their visit yesterday

Since when people post office is open from 7am til 23? Nowhere, unfortunately post office is inside Spar shop which open hours are available online only : regards
Absolutely shocking place, Rude old woman with grey spiky hair was more interested in talking to her friends than actually doing her job, then proceeded to tell me how much she hated everything i brought except for the flowers i brought the mrs, got some prawns for £3 which were off I was a chef for a significant amount of time so i do know this In all honestly I've totally had enough of this shocking Spar and will never use it again. I'll be driving the 5 mile round trip to tesco in bradley stoke from now on they always have what i need in stock, are cheaper and thier customer service is so much better, this place should be condemned by Spar HO.
Nice busy store with lots of different products. Convenient with a full post office as well as the local one which is open the same hours as the Spar.
We have bought whole milk here once before and it had turned before the use by date. Thought it would be a one off, so gave them a 2nd chance. Same again! 5 days before the use by date.
Dirty needs a bloody good clean and some of the staff need a course on politeness. Wont see me in this shop again
