Collected my Giant Revolt 1 today from SP Cycles, as usual excellent service from Alan, Paul & Jason. These guys really go the extra mile. Really pleased with the bike, smooth, comfortable & quick, thanks again guys.

Fantastic bike shop, proper genuine old fashioned service and honest advice that you will never see from the big stores. I've always been impressed with every visit to this place and both of my bikes ride better than they ever have since being there. I've just got back from having a really awkward fault fixed with my rear gears and chain, and once again the bike rides better than ever, they have even straightened out my buckled back wheel, I hadn't even mentioned this to them. I have an old mountain bike that I got from halfords about 12 years ago, I recently had it set up and properly fit to me by Alan, after this it was like a different bike, especially up hill, almost like I had been here to have my leg muscles upgraded! Since then I got hold of a second hand racer, also got that all set up here and again it is so, so much better. They also changed the stem to make the ride more comfortable which has made it a million times better to ride and saved me a lot of neck ache. They have sorted me with lots of other bike help on mine and my boys bikes, can also recommend them if you need a new helmet, they have a great range and you can try them to get the best fit, very important especially if you use your bike every day like me. Also worth noting if you are on the lookout for a new bike, they have a deceptively large range of shiny new bikes in stock and can obviously advise on the right size and get the bike perfectly set up for you so you get the best out of it. I only wish I had known about them 12 years ago!

Many Thanks to SP Cycles for getting my bike back on the road, having purchased a Giant Defy 7 years ago from them i had a crack appear in the frame recently, asking if it can be repaired they said they would get in touch with Giant, to my amazement Giant replaced the frame set and SP Cycles rebuilt my bike, it just goes to show how a local bike shop will look after their customers, you wont get that from a online store, many thanks again Nigel Derrett.
