New owners not as busy as it used to be. Fish was good with crispy batter chips slightly soggy not as crisp as they were with old owners. Some fish was pre cooked and kept in warmer that's a backward step from previous owners. Hope things get better or Carter's will be busy.

Always great fish and chips, freshly cooked with really nice batter on flaky fish. Chips are crispy outside but soft inside - very nice. We take them down to the beach hut on a Wednesday night in the Summer and share with the family! Highly recommended, but don't make too big a queue please, I'm starving!
