Emma was our server, high class service, she was polite and delightful. She is very competent and knowledgeable when it came to allergies. Food was hot and satisfying. Fresh salad bar, plenty of options, rolls were amazing. Variety of sauces/dressings. Pleasant atmosphere.
Small salad bowls now. Big yet pretty empty main plates. An underwhelming £25+ meat dish, the image made it look a packed plate. £17+ of scampi appear a bit lost on the plate. The plates look like they are from the 80s. Our male server was very obliging and added squirty cream to my sundae as once I had found it was only icecream and a sauce normally I declined it. We rarely saw the 2 waiting staff, they appear overworked. Whilst a plentiful choice the menu is not dyslexic friendly. There is so much text and small writing, codes for vegetarian, calory listing etc that it's overwhelming. Then from the few images you would expect the meal to match, but no. We did actually state our party's dyslexic need, but no alternative menu was offered. To her credit our waitress did say she would happily answer any questions next time when taking the order but if you can't work out the food selection, you can't ask the questions. People with other needs also benefit from more images on the menu.
My wife and I met an old friend of ours at Harvester Sovereign Harbour and had a really pleasant lunch there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the prices of meals are very reasonable. We would definitely go again soon.
Jeorgia was fantastic and friendly great service throughout , food was lovely and hot being a Saturday was a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected with fresh cooked food . The salad bar was fresh and made my birthday boy very happy , refillable drinks are perfect and pudding were yum yum . Clean and tidy place beautifully done up for Christmas. Great meal out . Thankyou.
Staff were really good. Very helpful and efficient but they were a little stretched which meant service was a little slow.nFood was tasty and delicious which came out in good time. Was quite pricey for what it was but you can easily get a voucher online or through the app which I did, which meant I got 40% off the food which was great.
