I called Mike as I had several burst water pipes down my stable yard after the recent snow we had, which had resulted in water pouring down in my horses stables! I was panicking as I had no where else to put the horses and they were getting soaked! Mike was great he talked me though how to turn the water off and was very kind and patient as I was completely clueless! He then booked me in for later that day as despite water everywhere I had no water to actually give my horses to drink as the water was now turned off, so despite Mike being really busy he still came out the same day.

Mike turned up to my stable yard at time we arranged, he was very polite and friendly, and completely unfazed by several large horses! He fixed all the issues with my water pipes very quickly and without fuss. I was impressed how he worked around the horses being very careful and gentle so not to spook them! I was tearing my hair out but Mike filled me with confidence and I could relax knowing he had it all under control. I will have Mike on speed dial for any future plumbing emergencies and can thoroughly recommend. 

His work was first class, I have had no problems whatsoever with the work he has done since. I even received a courtesy call a few days later to make sure everything was still working 100%. Very happy.

I called Mike as I was experiencing difficulties with the taps in my kitchen and wanted a new set. He booked me in for the next day.

 He arrived on time, with a lovely set of new taps, he was very polite and approachable. He worked very quickly and efficiently. He tidied up after himself leaving my sink immaculate (cleaner than it was!) He even took all the rubbish away with him!  He was very friendly and patient even though my toddler son was trying to “help!”. 

I would hesitate to have him back for further work and have recommended him to friends and family. The work he carried out was second to none, and I couldn't be happier!

From first contact and quotation the plumber was polite and kept me fully informed as to cost and how long the job was. He was very courteous and tidy. I was happy all round and would recommend this company every time.

Mixed reviews on here, Mike came out yesterday to assist with a leaking valve. While here i asked him to tighten my kitchen taps which he did without hesitating and without extra charges. we have kept Mikes contact details for the future.
