Fantastic service, one stop shop offering free delivery too. Free coffee machine in the reception area! When it's working. Unfortunately understaffed, appears that head office won't invest on an extra member of staff to man the phones. 99% of the time the guys are so busy that the calls are diverted to the north of England & even though the head office are convinced that they can deal with everything that the branch can, they can't - very frustrating for everyone!

Very helpful staff could not ask for more .They are a  brilliant  teamnow thier business  in there  too.will certainly buy from them again. Thank you

Not a great service, maybe it was just my delivery, ordered from head office delivery was supposed to be 2 or 3 days.  It's now 3 weeks and this has now cost me £600 in cancelling the roofer twice. But I did get an apology.. Lol

Yes this is a little gem of a company 4 all your double glazing products with the lowest prices around & a very good helpful & friendly service regards Tricky x
