Had a great experience with the plumber that came over. He was very professional and worked very fast even though the job was more complex than anticipated. He checked thoroughly that there were no issues, and was always smiling and in a good mood. Would definitely recommend this service!
Very happy with all aspects of the service supplied by erg facilities . My boiler was relocated from my kitchen to the garage and set to work. A new Hive Controller for heating & hot water. A new towel rail and radiator TRV's fitted. System flushed and a filter fitted to CH system. Happy to now take out Boiler cover to extend my warranty to 12 years. Great service from erg plumbing
My mum is elderly and lives on her own, I noticed a leak under her sink, called ERG and they were with her the following day. He called me when he was on his way and I was able to meet him at the property, leak was fixed in minutes and the plumber was a lovely gentleman. Will definitely be using ERG again
Quick responding time. Expert were reliable and efficient. Did a great job and explained the problem and what was causing the issues of our boiler breakdown. A bit pricey for the task that had been done but it was a service on a Bank holiday.
The service i received was extremely professional and efficient. After completing the job the plumber actually took time to clean the counter. Really appreciated the genuine effort put into doing an excellent job. Would recommend to everyone
Gave me an approximate time that plumber would come, and plumber was prompt. He was polite and did the job well with no fuss and in good time. If you have any plumbing issues, I would highly recommend this service
Prompt efficient service from the call handling staff and we were updated once the assigned plumber was delayed due to a job over running. Once the plumber was here they were very efficient and honest in their resolution. 5 stars all round.
Was informed that I had an internal leak by water board but no idea where. Phoned and got an appointment for next day. Lady who answered call was very pleasant and explained process and changes and kept me informed of when plumber would be on site. Plumber arrived on time and was also very pleasant and explained things as he went. Manage to locate where water was leaking under floor. Overall very good experience from initial call to job end.
My boiler stopped working on Sunday, I tried calling local people but because it being weekend no one was available and earliest I got told someone can look at it was Wednesday. As someone said in a previous post, sometimes you have to get things done. I called ERG, the customer advisor was brilliant, very professional. Booked me in and within a short while an engineer came and rectified the problem. Yes, the price was excessive but sometimes, needs, must!
I was happy to get a same day appointment which was confirmed by email. The email stated the slot was 10.54_3pm. Whe no one had turned up, I rang and was told it booked for 4-6pm. The man who came was actually here before 4pm for that I was grateful. The work was done in 30 mins. I'm happy with the job but was puzzled as the guy said he was on his way home and was diverted to my place. He also didn't know who he was working for. The nicest person I spoke was Gavin, he was very good at dealing with a customer like me who was very stressed due to personal issues.
