Fabulous place to visit, staff very friendly and courteous. A great show of modern and historical art. Immaculately clean and tidy. The only draw back is the rest rooms were not open a problem if you have travelled a long way to visit. Would recommend to anyone visiting Southampton.

Beautiful artwork and sculptures great way to spend a few hours

Great place which is free to visit! A good and varied selection of all genres of artwork in a classical building. Recommended

We really enjoyed this experience.  It was particularly fun for the children as they have a where’s Wally hunt at the moment.  Would of been more stars if more was open.

Fabulous, we are so lucky to have this resource in Southampton. The Golden Hare at the top of the stairs is just the start of the wonderful works of art within.

Small gallery. Advertises as the best gallery outside of London. Current exhibits were a bit rubbish. Glad it was free. Had that nice calm feeling of galleries though and staff were very helpful and friendly

Brilliant exhibitions. 'Face of Britain': portraits of British individuals from C17th to today and Arts & Mental Health charity 'Hospital Rooms': collaboriative art project from Bluebird House

Very beautiful building, with an impressive architecture. The art gallery was a little bit too ecclectic for my taste, however it might be interesting for someone appreciating a very diverse composition. I was impressed by Covid 19 measures put in place, we felt safe for the whole time we were there.
