Staff was ok but service is poor.. could not use cash at vending machine to buy Oyster card. when approached counter they cant issue an oyster need to buy through vending machine. Bit in a limbo. I have been asked to card but my friend being foreigner don’t have a card to use it. Service need some upscaling. Could have been easier if counter could accept cash.

A poor quality station in need of redevelopment. Access is from the main road and finding the correct platform can be confusing. The entrance area is tiny and horribly cramped at peak times. There is a tiny but expensive shop. Dot matrix displays are at one end of the platform thus making it difficult for many passengers to see. Note to cyclists:This is a crime hot-spot and not a safe place to leave a cycle.

There is no need for every Elizabeth line service to stop here, they have plenty of heathrow trains going to this station already we should have more semi-fast trains !

Hi.It’s very bad experience to buy the ticket from Southall station.One of the ticket maker name her Sarabjit Kaur. She’s so rude she know how to speak toCustomer. This is a very bad experience    It’s no one’s time second time. .  Please if someone do something about so do it. thanks. This is a public transport know her own transport.

Southall train station is the quickest way to travel to Paddington Station in Central London. Paddington Station has undergone a  refurbishment which gives this listed heritage building a brand new look. Passengers can change at this station to travel outside of London.
