Southall Station is clean, modern, and very convenient — especially with the Elizabeth Line connecting quickly to central London. Just outside the station, you’ll find a vibrant area known for its North Indian culture. The famous Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha is nearby, and the streets are full of shops offering authentic North Indian food, groceries, and delicious sweets. It truly feels like a little slice of Punjab in London

Good train station, clean, and tidy.

The most rude unhelpful staff ever. Small white guy and Asian lady at the kiosk when you enter are so rude and dismissive, if you go to them for help they treat you like you’re stupid. Show so much attitude and rude for NO reason. Had to go to them twice to print tickets and do not want to help whatsoever. Please tfl do better - what if someone is a tourist, old or vulnerable? They’ll just dismiss them and it can really affects people’s journeys time too when they purposely don’t want to help you. Don’t know why 2 people need to stand to fix a ticket machine when the lady is just sipping drinking coffee staring at the guy and there’s a line of people waiting at the kiosk and being ignored? Horrible honestly

Only access to Elizabeth makes it little hard for transport . And Elizabeth is disturbed on weekend.

A poor quality station in need of redevelopment. Access is from the main road and finding the correct platform can be confusing. The entrance area is tiny and horribly cramped at peak times. There is a tiny but expensive shop. Dot matrix displays are at one end of the platform thus making it difficult for many passengers to see. Note to cyclists:This is a crime hot-spot and not a safe place to leave a cycle.
